A Journey Through Ireland with Brendan Vacations

From the moment I joined Brendan Vacations’ Ireland tour, I was completely hooked—I honestly didn’t want the trip to end! Every stop felt like stepping into a new story, where breathtaking castles and stunning landscapes came alive with the deep history shared by our passionate guides.

What made it truly special was the warmth and kindness of the Irish people we met along the way. From wandering ancient ruins to laughing in cozy, lively pubs over delicious food and a pint, each moment felt authentic and unforgettable.

If I were to make any recommendations, I’d say don’t plan any scheduled tours for the day you arrive because you will be jetlagged! Having a day or two where you can explore at your own pace is essential because there are so many wonderful and beautiful things that you can stumble upon while walking the streets of Dublin and Belfast. Pack and dress in layers because the weather can change quickly! Visiting Glenshane Farms is a must! You can experience a day in the life of a Sheep Farmer, and you can even hold a baby lamb! I also highly recommend the Cliff’s of Moher where you can read about some of the local history, and Giant’s Causeway where you can experience the local folk lore told by a local guide. Finally, Tracy’s breadmaking experience – you can learn directly from Tracy herself how to make simple soda bread and purchase home made goods!

This wasn’t just a trip; it was an immersive journey that touched my heart. I can’t recommend Brendan Vacations enough if you want to experience Ireland in a way that’s rich, real, and absolutely magical.
